Full Planning and Coordination

For the client who wants it all. From helping find your perfect venue, selecting your dream team of vendors, and making sure your wedding day runs smoothly from the moment you wake up to the last song. No detail is left untouched. Planning begins the moment you say YES! Pre-scheduled planning meetings to share progress updates and allow for Q&A; plus unlimited email communications, day-of coordination services – and so much more!

Day of Coordination

This package is great for couples who have completed the majority of their wedding planning and want help working through the final stages of their BIG DAY! We provide two on-site wedding coordinators to manage the details and logistics, so you can enjoy your special day. Creating a detailed timeline, checking in with vendors and managing the day minute-by-minute is just the beginning. Get the most out of your BIG DAY and let us worry about everything else!

Partial Planning and Coordination

This package was designed for the hands-on client who doesn’t mind doing a little bit of the planning. We will be your lead through the planning process until the BIG DAY! Unlimited email communications, research assistance, access to our preferred vendors, customized timeline, limited in-person meetings and day-of coordination services. Let’s start planning your special day!

Event Design and Rentals

For the client who loves the planning process, but needs help with the overall vibe, we will work with you to make your wedding dreams really come to life! A custom design that reflects your personal style and creates a memorable experience for you and your guests. This package can be combined with our Day-Of Coordination services. We have an extensive inventory of rental items- linens, arches, lighted backdrops, centerpieces, vases, artificial greenery, candles, and so much more!

Relationships mean more to us than anything! Say Hello and tell us more about you and your special event. Once we know more, we will schedule a complimentary virtual consultation.

02 | Initial Consultation (30min Complimentary)

This is an opportunity to share your vision and for us to gain a full understanding of the services requested. Come prepared for a Q&A session and/or check out our FAQs on Our Services page. Our goal upon the conclusion of the consultation is for everyone to feel comfortable and confident with moving forward in the process. Next, we can provide you with an estimated fee for services based upon information shared.

03 |Agreement

A signed agreement will align everyone’s expectations and reserve your date on our calendar. Now it’s time to start the decision making by providing ideas and inspiration for the planning of your special day.

04 |The Planning Begins

The level of service chosen will determine the number of planning meetings on the calendar.

05 |Final Planning and Execution

Confirming the timeline and final details with you to make you feel at ease.
